Support Services without a Current Plan
We offer development and support services on an ad-hoc basis to those who are not currently enrolled in a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan, based on our support team’s availability.
For ad-hoc support outside of a managed services agreement, the following fee schedule applies (based on availability):
Standard Rates
Rate for time and materials tasks that are scheduled five (5) or more days in advance of requested completion date:
- $150/hr during normal business hours
- $225/hr outside normal business hours
Priority Rates
Rate for time and materials tasks that are scheduled less than five (5) days in advance of requested completion date:
- $185/hr during normal business hours
- $275/hr outside normal business hours
Emergency Rates
Rate for time and materials tasks for emergency issues where no advanced notice is provided:
- $200/hr during normal business hours
- $300/hr outside normal business hours
