Most Wordpress users can access their administrative console at the default WordPress login:

https://YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-login.php

If your WordPress site was created in a subfolder, your login may look more like this:

https://YOURDOMAIN.com/wordpress/wp-login.php

Refer to the documentation supplied to you when your site was setup for the specific login details for your site.
