Program Details
Hosting services are paid on a month-to-month basis. No contract is required for hosting services. Monthly hosting fee is paid via credit card on file and requires enrollment in auto bill pay. The upcoming month’s service is prepaid at the end of the current month’s cycle. Fees are non-refundable.
Notify us within 10 days of the start of your billing cycle if you wish to cancel to avoid an additional month charge. Cancel at any time.
Support Services
We offer development and support services to customers enrolled in a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan. Details and answers to frequently asked questions can be found here.
About Website Hosting Security & Privacy
Our optimized WordPress Hosting Platform is managed by our team of WordPress experts. All our WordPress hosting plans use blazing fast SSD (solid state drive) storage – up to 20x faster than traditional hard drives. We also use NGINX, advanced server caching, PHP 7.2, and more, for hosting that is up to 10x faster than standard shared hosting.
Multiple Data Center Locations
Most hosting companies only utilize a single data center. This means your website could be 3,000 miles or more away from you. It is cheaper for them, but just doesn’t make sense for you. With our hosting platform, we’ll select a server location that is close to you. We have servers located on the east coast and west coast of the United States.
Technology & Security
Our hosting facilities provides redundant power sources, connectivity, and security features in the following configuration:
- Servers housed in Category A, PCI compliant data centers. These include several controlled access points.
- N+2 or N+1 power systems with multiple battery and diesel power sources in case of public utility failure.
- BGP4 network to prevent downtime in case of loss of hardware.
- N+1 Configurations on all servers using RAID 5.
- 24x7x365 System Administrators on hand.
- Individual server backups are created every 36 hours up to 10GB (in addition to your daily website backups.)
Client Information & Shared Data
Infusion does not sell, share or distribute customer information to any third party organization and is committed to protecting customer information under its control. The knowledge and consent of the customer are required for the collection, use or disclosure of customer information.
Any information submitted to Infusion for use in e-mail marketing, direct mail, or other campaigns is considered private and confidential and will not be shared or sold.
Any data you share with us will be stored in an encrypted format on secure servers for the duration of it’s use in your campaign, and subsequently removed and deleted in a secure fashion upon the completion of the your business dealings with Infusion.
Privacy
In addition to hosting security, Infusion is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and privacy of your personal and corporate information.
