Emergency Support Form

    Emergency support services are available to customers currently enrolled in a managed services plan. This option should only be used in emergency situations. For general support issues, please use our non-emergency support form.

    Before you submit your emergency support ticket, please ensure you've checked the following common issues:

    1. Check the current network status to see if an issue has been previously reported.
    2. Ensure your Internet service is working properly and that your device is connected to the Internet.
    3. Check to see if your site is accessible from a device other than your local network. The most common way to do this is to check your site from a mobile device. Be sure your mobile device is disconnected from your wi-fi network and connected to your mobile provider's cellular network. If your site is accessible from a mobile device, this may be an indication of an incorrectly configured firewall at your present location.
    If you've checked these common issues and are still having trouble accessing your site, please proceed with the submission of your ticket.

    Do I have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan?

    If we host your website, yes – you have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan. Go ahead and submit your emergency support request.

    I don’t have a current plan. Can you still help me?

    Emergency support is available only to those enrolled in a current plan. We offer non-emergency support for those not enrolled in a current plan based on our team’s availability and the complexity of your request. Services outside a Managed Support Services Plan are billed in one-hour increments. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and will be addressed during normal business hours. Submit a support request here.

    If you or your organization is interested in securing a fast response time and priority access to our team members, please contact us and ask about our Managed Support Services Plans.
