4. Custom Products & Printed Materials
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. For printed materials, we provide a final proof for approval—once approved, the order is final. Minor differences in color, finish, or alignment due to screen or print limitations are not considered defects. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 7 days.
