We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us using a support ticket and we’ll do our best to help you with your issue.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We are happy to offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy to all customers on our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you immediately. We are unable to provide refunds after the first 30 days.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Themes, Plugins, Subscriptions, and Digital Products
Within 30 days of the purchase of any theme, plugin, subscription, or digital product, we will refund the full amount you paid upon request. We are unable to provide refunds after the first 30 days.

Memberships & Subscription Products
After the initial 30-day refund period expires for your membership or subscription-based product, you will continue to be charged on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your account panel.

You may cancel memberships or subscription products from within your account at any time. All files or data associated with a canceled product or subscription will be deleted upon cancellation.

It is not necessary to “cancel” theme products or plugins since they are not subscription-based.

Calls & Bookings
At the scheduled appointment time, it is your responsibility to call in to the number or URL provided at the time of booking. If, at any time during the course of our call, you do not feel that you are getting your money’s worth, simply let us know. We will end the call, and we will refund your investment.

If you miss your initial appointment, or if you are more than 15 minutes late to the call, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule a second appointment. We are unable to provide refunds once the call has ended, or if you miss your second appointment time.

Events
If, at any time during the course of the event, you do not feel that you are getting your money’s worth, simply let us know. We will refund your investment and you may leave the event. We are unable to provide refunds once the event has concluded.

Physical Products
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging, and you need to provide proof of purchase, or the original receipt. We are unable to provide refunds after the first 30 days.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping & Handling on Physical Products
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund except in cases of product defect or replacement.

Do I have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan?

If we host your website, yes – you have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan. Go ahead and submit your emergency support request.

I don’t have a current plan. Can you still help me?

Emergency support is available only to those enrolled in a current plan. We offer non-emergency support for those not enrolled in a current plan based on our team’s availability and the complexity of your request. Services outside a Managed Support Services Plan are billed in one-hour increments. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and will be addressed during normal business hours. Submit a support request here.
