Online Store Terms & Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues, please reach out through our contact page and we’ll do our best to help.

1. Eligibility and Access

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have the legal authority to make this purchase on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

2. Digital Products

Because digital products purchased through our online store are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital downloads once a purchase is complete. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If you encounter a technical issue—such as a missing, incomplete, or corrupted file—please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

While we’re unable to offer refunds based on preference or change of mind, we are committed to making sure you receive the product and support you expected.

3. Physical Products

Physical products may only be returned if there is a verified issue. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase, and items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. 4. Custom Products & Printed Materials

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. For printed materials, we provide a final proof for approval—once approved, the order is final. Minor differences in color, finish, or alignment due to screen or print limitations are not considered defects. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 7 days. If the issue is due to a production error or material defect not present in the approved proof, we’ll resolve it or send a replacement. For full details, see our Terms of Service.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

Subscriptions may include access to services or third-party tools such as hosting, software, or security services. Billing may occur monthly, quarterly, or annually until canceled. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms, billing practices, third-party service conditions, and cancellation requirements.

6. Bookings & Consultations

You are responsible for attending your scheduled session. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 24-hour notice. Sessions missed or joined late will not be extended or refunded. If you’re not satisfied during a session, notify us at that time. See the Terms of Service for additional details.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exclusions

Refund and cancellation policies vary by product type and are outlined above. These policies do not apply to services, project-based work, retainers, third-party subscriptions, or items covered by separate agreements. For comprehensive details, see our Terms of Service.

Infusion (The Infusion Group, Inc.), a Kansas corporation, is the registered legal entity responsible for managing services, business operations, and data practices associated with this Site and the services described herein. Whether products or services are presented under the name Matt Simpson or Infusion, they are managed, contracted, and fulfilled by Infusion.

Do I have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan?

If we host your website, yes – you have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan. Go ahead and submit your emergency support request.

I don’t have a current plan. Can you still help me?

Emergency support is available only to those enrolled in a current plan. We offer non-emergency support for those not enrolled in a current plan based on our team’s availability and the complexity of your request. Services outside a Managed Support Services Plan are billed in one-hour increments. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and will be addressed during normal business hours. Submit a support request here.

If you or your organization is interested in securing a fast response time and priority access to our team members, please contact us and ask about our Managed Support Services Plans.
