Sharing Our Content
Over the years, we’ve seen elements of our work pop up all over the place. We think that’s great and see only benefits from derivations and inspirations. So, with regard to our content, you’re free to take what we do and improve upon it, as artists have been doing for centuries.
There is no need to email us for permission.
You can email it, share it, copy it, or reprint it. All we ask is that you give credit for the original work. A simple “originally published at InfusionGroup.com” or “based upon original works created by Infusion Marketing” would be great. Do what feels right, but don’t do it out of obligation.
Re-Posting Content
We ask that you don’t re-post our content in it’s entirety. This is only because Google penalizes websites for publishing duplicate content because it often can’t tell which site hosts the original, so we risk getting penalized ourselves for granting permission. A good way around this is to extract and re-post 200 words or less on any other site, then link back to our original post. Thanks for your help with this.
Rights of Others
As you can imagine, the above permission guidelines don’t apply to the content others post here. Guest bloggers retain the copyright to the posts they create. If you are interested in re-posting or publishing their content, you must contact them directly. We can’t serve as a broker, agent, or contact point for them.
Paid Content
Regarding paid content, of course we’d prefer that people buy our ebooks and paid content – it’s how we put food on the table for our families – but if you want to share something with a friend or your colleagues, you have every right to do so. We only ask that you don’t take our ebooks (or other paid content) and resell them or post them for public consumption.
If you have some other use for our content that is not covered here, please contact us.
