We know that working with a marketing or creative firm for the first time often prompts a few questions.
What is our process? How will we work together? How successful will we be in interpreting your needs? We think it’s helpful to address as much of this up front as possible.
With that said, here are some guidelines for how we work together:
How We Work Together
Lay a Successful Foundation
After being engaged on a project, we schedule an information-gathering meeting between our team and your team of decision-makers. This is critically important to the success of the project. It sharpens everyone’s focus and defines the project objectives.
This discussion will ensure that what we produce is not only visually and technologically excellent; but strategic, impacting, and in alignment with your business goals. Depending on the scope of the project, this process can sometimes be completed in the introductory meeting, or in a short follow-up meeting.
Set Proper Expectations
Managing expectations are key to any successful relationship. To that end, we have developed a “Bill of Rights” for Creatives and Clients in accordance with generally accepted professional services practices. This helps ensure reasonable expectations in our working relationships.
Develop the Right Ideas
Despite popular misconceptions, good creative work doesn’t come in a flash of inspiration. This is why we take the time to consider several approaches, work them through, and then revise accordingly. We prefer to make small reveals to you along the way, ensuring that we don’t get too far down a path and then have to change course. We have found the most success for our Clients when we work directly with your decision-makers.
Clear Billing Practices
Like all service organizations, our fees are based on the time we invest in a project, plus the cost of the materials and other expenses used to produce that project. Project costs are dependent on your needs and the type of work we are performing.
Since we don’t perform hourly work, it is our policy to provide you with an estimated cost and receive your approval before starting any work – or when making changes to a work in progress. We want you to know exactly what to expect. We will always adhere to our estimates, unless the project specifications, or the scope of work changes at your request.
Ensure Satisfaction
During the course of a project, you work directly with your dedicated Infusion Project Manager to keep you informed of the project’s progress. Our goal is to keep projects moving forward quickly and smoothly, ensuring that the finished results will exceed your expectations.
