Non-emergency support issues will be addressed during business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm US Central Time). Submitting this form will automatically open a support request ticket. If this is an emergency, please visit our emergency support form.
All support requests must be submitted via our website. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and is billed in one-hour increments. Any support request that falls under the responsibility of Infusion will be addressed at no charge to you. Please consult our support fee schedule for further details.
