Authorization for Enrollment in Automatic Bill Pay

I, the Customer (identified above), hereby authorize The Infusion Group, Inc. ("Infusion") to automatically charge the card account listed above for payments due on my account. I understand that Infusion will initiate charges pursuant to this authorization on the date my bill is due in conjunction with a recurring subscription or one-time invoice.

I understand that Infusion may discontinue processing of recurring charges if unable to secure funds from my debit or credit card for the payments I have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided. Infusion may, if applicable, undertake collection action, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law. All such fees may be collected electronically. I understand and authorize Infusion to charge any debit or credit cards provided at any time until successful for all delinquent amounts owed, as permitted by applicable law. I agree that Infusion may obtain updated information from card networks, issuers or other third party sources. I agree to be bound by any rules my debit card or credit card issuer requires for debit card or credit card transactions. I am responsible for providing Infusion with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. If at anytime I decide to change or discontinue service with Infusion, I agree to notify Infusion within 10 days of my next scheduled payment date.

Do I have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan?

If we host your website, yes – you have a Managed Support Services or Managed Hosting Plan. Go ahead and submit your emergency support request.

I don’t have a current plan. Can you still help me?

Emergency support is available only to those enrolled in a current plan. We offer non-emergency support for those not enrolled in a current plan based on our team’s availability and the complexity of your request. Services outside a Managed Support Services Plan are billed in one-hour increments. Each request results in the opening of a ticket in our support management system and will be addressed during normal business hours. Submit a support request here.
